The short version

• Your list is encrypted in transit when you upload it.
• We use it to run the verdicts, then delete it after processing. We do not keep your list sitting around.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
• We do not add your addresses to any list, ours or anyone else's.

What we collect and why

• The list you upload, so we can return a verdict on each address. That is the whole job.
• Basic account and billing details if you have an account, so we can run your plan.
• We do not need, or want, the contents of your emails. We work on the addresses.

How your list is handled

1. You upload it over an encrypted connection.
2. We process it and generate the SEND, HOLD, or DROP verdict for each address.
3. You download your results.
4. We delete the uploaded list after processing. We do not keep it sitting around.

Where your data lives and who can touch it

• Data is stored on secure infrastructure in the European Union, with access limited to the people who need it to run the service.
• We keep the list of any third parties involved in running ListBro short, and hold them to the same standard.
• Processing happens in the EU.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will.
• We are GDPR compliant, and your data is processed and stored in the EU. If you have a specific compliance question, ask and we will answer straight.

FAQ

Do you keep my list after cleaning it? No. We use it to run the verdicts and delete it after processing. We are not in the business of holding your data.

Do you ever sell or share my data? Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your list, and we do not mail the addresses on it.
